Forecourt Washer
Designed for Garage Forecourts,and Fleet Washing, either to raise revenue or for the convenience of the staff.
Mounted in a free standing, frost protected, stainless steel cabinet, bolted to the ground, and fitted with a locking door which prevents theft and unauthorised tampering. Machine settings and the detergents are all secured inside the locked cabinet.
This is a fully programmed machine which can be operated by tokens, buttons, or coded keypad with up to three preset timed programmes
(see below):
- The system initially supplies a cold water high pressure rinse for washing away dirt and mud
- Then a hot water chemical mix, which actively dissolves dirt and grease
- Then a high pressure rinse to clean off the grease and chemical
- Followed by a wax rinse (optional)
- All times can be preset to suit the customers application to ensure an effective and rapid wash

Supplied with:
- Hand gun with 900 mm insulated lance and handgun with 1500mm lance and brush
- 2 x 9 meters / 30 feet of high pressure hose fitted with quick release connections
- Lance holders on cabinet
- Detergent injection system
- Token operation with timer (single programme), with buzzers to indicate programme change
- High pressure rinse lance and a long brush lance for applying chemicals
- The system has Autostop which switches the machine off after 2 minutes if left unused
Optional Equipment:
Overhead booms. Keypad operation. Multiple token operation (up to 3 preset programmes) or “Buy Time” which lets the operator use the machine in any mode for a set amount of time.
